Reminder screen

• Date/Time — reminder target date;
• Title — title of the reminder;
• Category — category associated with this reminder;
• Advance notice — Advance notice to run before the date specified in the «Date/Time» field; The following options are available:
  • None — no advance notice for this reminder;
  • In minutes — specify in minutes;
  • In hours — in hours;
  • In days — in days;
  • In business days — in business days;
  • In weeks — in weeks;
  • In months — in months;
• Recurrence — defines reminder recurrence; The following options are available:
  • None — no recurrence for this reminder, the reminder will run once;
  • Minutely — recurrence period is in minutes;
  • Hourly — period is in hours;
  • Daily — period is in days;
  • Business daily — period is in business days;
  • Weekly — period is in weeks;
  • Monthly — period is in months;
  • Yearly — period is in years;

The term «Business days» means all days except weekends. Weekends are defined by the regional settings of your operating system.

• High importance — if checked, the reminder enters the alarm state even if you are talking on the phone. If unchecked, the reminder waits until the phone conversation is over;
• Notes — additional notes for the reminder.
