Alarm settings
To access the alarm settings in the reminders list screen, select «Settings» from the menu, and then select «Alarm settings» in the displayed menu. Alarm settings are used when the reminder enters the «alarm» state. There are the following settings:
- Stay silent — enable this checkbox if you want the application to disable sounds and vibration. Only visual notification will be available. This is useful when, for example, you are attending an important meeting. This option overrides the «Important» flag into reminders. Important reminders will also be silent, only visual notification will work;
- Use «snooze» feature — enable this checkbox to use the snooze feature. When this checkbox is enabled, the snooze time field becomes available. You may specify the snooze time in minutes. The minimal value is 1 minute, the maximal value is 60 minutes; When you click the «Snooze» button, the next alarm time is calculated as a sum of the «snooze» button click time and the snooze time period;
- Escalating volume — enable this checkbox if you want escalating volume for the alarm tone;
- Sound volume — the following options are available: from 0% (mute) to 100% (loud);
- Vibration — there are two values: ON and OFF. When vibration is ON, your BlackBerry device will vibrate when the alarm is running;
- LED — there are two values available: ON and OFF. Set it to the ON state if you want to have LED (light emitting diode) ON during the alarm;
